I love coaching. In addition, I am a graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A. Neuroscience) and Stanford Business School, two time Olympic medalist, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, speaker, writer, and mentor. I was a member of the US National Ice Hockey Team for six years, three World Championships, and two Olympic Games (’98 and ’02). After retiring from hockey, I traveled to India to study yoga, meditation, and Aryuvedic medicine before earning my MBA. After business school, I worked for Medtronic, Inc. in M&A, finance, strategy and marketing before choosing to become a full time coach. As an athlete, I understand the focus, discipline, sacrifice, and (at times) imbalance it takes to achieve a goal. My business background lends understanding to corporate environments. My spiritual journey lends depth and compassion in an holistic approach to coaching.
I enjoy the mountains, skiing, hockey, sailing, tennis, yoga, open spaces, new adventures, expanding boundaries, music, meditation, travel, photography, and reading. As a certified yoga instructor, I believe passion for life can be cultivated and expanded. I am passionate about learning and growth; and I am inspired by people committed to living a life of purpose and joy.
I live in Park City, UT with my husband Dan Lemaitre in our home affectionately dubbed Treehouse where we love to entertain friends and family.
