Coaching Session Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes in duration, and are conducted via telephone. Face-to-face sessions are possible, schedules and geography permitting, though most clients find telephone meetings equally effective and more convenient. Coaching sessions often begin with the simple question, what’s going on in your life now and what do you want to achieve on our call? You are responsible for outlining any completed action or homework, insights since the last session, current concerns, and new goals. You set the agenda. Each week, I will explore definitions and challenge you to complete specific actions toward your prioritized goals, but you are the designer, creator, and master of your own life experience. I require a three month commitment. Change requires sustained energy, and it takes at least that time for the initial exhilaration of commitment to subside and for sustainable change to occur.
Fee I use a one time fee that covers three months of coaching. The fee includes a 2-3 hour discovery session as the basis for our ongoing relationship; nine 40-60 minute sessions, phone check-ins between sessions, and email support. The discovery session is an interview/conversation focused on what you want, where you are, how you got there, where you’d like to go, current issues or concerns, personal beliefs, passions, values, and purpose. The discovery session is also used to design the coaching relationship, address logistics, identify priorities, and begin to establish goals and purposeful action. Email stueting@gmail.com for more information or a free introduction to coaching session.
(note: fees don't apply for Stanford GSB students or KAC workshop particpants)
